The holidays on its way….
Being a small person (height wise) I figured I needed to shed a few of those extra pounds for the summer holidays in greece……
So its 1000calories a day for me. Oh joys! And lots of walking…..lots lots of walking!! (I can’t run)
No chocolate or all that stuff either. Will let you know how it goes.
I guess being accountable to the world via this blog gives me a bit more “get up n go” as you could call it.
Currently size 10….edging on size 12 in some things, I am hoping to get down to size 8 atleast.
Having a petite figure anyways, that’s reasonable. I used to always be slim, let myself go a little for a while. Now its head back in gear because naval balls and greece on the horizon.

Today: I walked to work-2.5 miles
Then worked-and I waitress, so I was on my feet non stop (breakfast shifts are caos) from 10:30 to 3:30
I then walked home…..another 2.5miles.
What have I eaten?!
For breakfast- A bowl of crunchy nut (yummy!!!) with semi skimmed milk and a cuppa tea :) total of 200calories.
Lunch - 2 tangerines
….I read somewhere (I think it was in the glamour mag)
That fruit and veg that is either orange or yellow is the best for you, because of the vitamins that are found in them.

So that’s me so far. Mum has a curry for tonight. So that’s about 700 calories in one go.
May play on the wii for a while once the FA cup finals over - dads engrossed.
